I got this used Sonozaki Shion cheaply but in a pretty bad state…
First step: clean up all the smudges:
Fortunately she comes apart, which always makes things easier. Next I repainted her bikini and started testing color mixes for her hair:
I cut off her hair ribbon to make painting easier. I’ll superglue it back on later:
