Two separate techniques. The first one is similar to the first one on plate 172, except the attacker has the left foot forward, and we make use of this by inserting the dagger between his legs and throwing him.
The second one uses the dagger to apply pressure on the elbow.
Points of attention:
- This works best against an attack to the second opening.
- The throw is quite nasty; enter between his feet, twist your hips and throw him over your leg.
